Westerhever metal print by Roland Weber. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. A lonely lighthouse in the middle of the salty meadows at the coast of the Wadden Sea, North of Germany.
It's said, it is a longing point. In fact, it is an almost magical and unique area.
Approaching the lighthouse is a challenge on its own, one has to walk for several kilometers. The wind was hard, the weather changed dramatically and before the clouds did entirely close the sky, I needed to run to reach the lighthouse which was enlightened with the last light of the day.
