Update.
I was able to meet with Dennis on Sunday morning. He gave me the back story on his relationship with Frank Jr.
In the 5th grade he transferred to a new school. He did not know anybody and Frank was the first person to "friend" him. They were pretty much together all the time for the next 3 years until Frank's family moved across the Bay and they lost touch with each other. When Dennis graduated Hi
