While walking down a street in Palermo I came to a small cross street when I happened to look to my right and to my surprise saw this shirtless man sitting on a hood of a car with his horse standing next to him. I thought how unusual this was even for a street scene in modern day Palermo. I just had to take this street shot to remind myself that despite how cities may change with time, some things do remain the same serving as reminders of what once was.
