We are sorry to tell you that we received a defectively produced framed canvas of your artwork from this company. The mirrored sides are visible on the front of the canvas and the result is terrible. This company has been giving us the run around for days despite us sending repeated photos of the wrongly framed canvas we received. We have explained the problem multiple times and given them more than enough evidence that a proper replacement should be sent to us. So far, they are playing like they don’t understand, and there has been no resolution to this problem. We thought you should know what kind of company you are dealing with.
