Artist's Description
This photo is inspired by a recent trip to a senior home. I was touched by the fact that many residents with diagnosed Alzheimer’s’ disease can still recognize their loved ones. In the post-photo processing, I added a “crack” texture and blurred the left part of the imagine to represent the mind state of these residents (i.e. broken and fading memories). I left the right part of imagine untouched to represent these residents ‘ loves to their children are too strong to be destroyed
