The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description

I swore myself, if I ever get to Paris again, I grab that subject. Saint Chapelle used to be the royal chapel, it's never been a church. It has quite a history, consecrated in 1248, it was rebuilt several times. When I finally went there, sun was shining from the left side. I thought the chapel would be south-north orientated, but in fact it's east west more or less. So not what I was after, I wanted a balanced light. I'm such a lucky guy my spouse is into photography as much as I am. She didn't
