Artist's Description

I was wandering the streets of downtown Detroit with a group of photographers. This is an iconic sculpture photographed countless times. I tried to capture a unique perspective from about 1 foot away with a 20mm lens. The mid-day light was a bit harsh, but converting to B&W seemed to improve things a bit. The cloud formation was a nice bonus :-).
