Hands of Youth Challenges International volunteers on a cataract surgical expedition in Guyana. Volunteers are from the British Commonwealth, and their skin tones are representative of the diverse races in the Commonwealth. They spontaneously made this arrangement, when I took the photo. They had been on site for a couple of weeks locating suitable patients and making necessary arrangements for the arrival of the surgical team.
