There are only few things more exciting than whitnessing a leopard hunt, let alone at night. Possibly the best spot to do so is the South Luangwa National Park in Zambia, where this shot was taken in August 2019. These animals are so powerful and intimidating, yet so elusive that I really feel sorry for all the impalas and puku that must really dread nightfall and the following hours of darkness.
