This is part of a portfolio I'm building up around an actor friend who is training for his stunt licence. He has to train in 8 sport/martial art disciplines. It provides me with a superb opportunity to showcase each of his activities as a series of highly stylised portraits. This was taken in his local boxing training gym. The vision was to capture the intensity, edginess and context of a boxing ring, without it being a typical action shot.
