Another from my Paintely series - this one is my tribute to fantastic tavern scenes painted by Adriaen Brouwer. I just love the vivid detail and rough personalities of peasants, merchants, gamblers and others he captured so well.
Brouwer painted sometimes using his friends-painters to model for him. In a funny parallel - I had my friends - photographers modeling for this photo! (Well, also my friends - makeup artist and a costume designer).
